It is loaded with advice and resources directed at men to help in dealing with issues like depression anxiety anger and suicidal thoughts. The content is serious and the approach is friendly, not preachy or teachy.

Dr Mahogany’s affable style is an interesting ploy considering one of the defining characteristics of depression is the lack of a mirth response. Someone with depression will appreciate that something is funny, their sense of humour is in tact but they might not laugh much.
